Quickest Tax filing ever!

I've always used Turbo Tax, and they always come through with the expert ideas and ways to streamline the return. I like this way of doing my taxes.
What's great about it: I like the detailed way they help you through each segment.
What's not so great: Needed a bigger return?

Turbo refund

I found that using TurboTax was far easier than wading throught the IRS booklets finding the best way to file to get the maximum refund for the States and Federal returns
What's great about it: I liked the way TurboTax linked multiple state refunds
What's not so great: I had a little confusion on excluded income between state income tax forms

Makes self-employed filing easy

It was a breeze preparing my federal and state returns with Turbo Tax. I've used it for years, but this was the first time I e-filed. When I decided to make a change it was really easy too.
What's great about it: easy to navigate, walks you through
What's not so great: a little tricky to decide which approach was better for one deduction
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Wow, we owe money this year.

I did this back in February. However, I'm a stop and start type worker. I got it done, but held back on pressing the button right away. Today is Sat, April 6th, a rainy day in Mpls, and the right day to review everything one final time (yes, we still owe money) and push the magic button. Woo hoo! It's done!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is very user-friendly.
What's not so great: Well, discovered through all of the details, that we owe money to both the Feds and the State of Mn this year.
