Super easy

I thought Turbo Tax was very easy to use. It takes you through step-by-step, and you are able to view what types of forms you need to have on hand or any definitions of sections you aren't sure about.
It felt good knowing my taxes would be filed in a complete, accurate way.

Easy to follow, clear guidance

I used TurboTax for last 6 years. It is very convenient and never had any issues with it. Installation, updates, data transfer all worked just fine. Since it goes through every possible deduction opportunities, you will get back what you can. There is always clear guidance on every page and the community is there too to answer questions. All calculations are dublechecked and all possibly issues are pointed out. It navigates you through the whole process and at the end it files the papers to IRS. It takes a lot of burden of my back doing it for me.
What's great about it: easy to follow instructions, help is right there, lots of explanation on every page, easy to go back to previous pages

Works well

Very good program, and easy to file. I did have a bit of trouble when I completed my federal tax form and the program told me that it needed an updated version to file. So I downloaded the updated version, and my open tax return was then nowhere to be seen. Could not open the version that I found on my computer. After checking everywhere, I found the return in the trash!!! (I did NOT put it there). Anyhow, I managed to continue and complete the return, and I assume the update was added. I had the return checked by the program twice. We'll see if the IRS agrees.
What's great about it: easy to use, even when I itemize
What's not so great: update after completing return is unsettling

TurboTax gives a steady platform for plugging-in tax information. It keeps you on track and will not allow for missed opportunities.
What's great about it: Ease of "plugging-in" information.
What's not so great: Do not recall any!
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I recommend Turbo Tax!
I love how it remembers the previous year's records. Plus, to be able to see the progress of how much refund you can expect up at the top of each page is great.

Turbo Tax helps guide one through the atrocious ordeal of tax filing, with an orderly, succinct, inclusive (as long as I present all my tax documents and issues) in a everyday language with faithful, reliable results.
What's great about it: Ease of flow through a dreadful government forced mandate
What's not so great: Does not help with Board Director Income easily nor clearly ...
