I am an accountant and attorney. I have used Turbo Tax to do our family taxes for more than 20 years. I will continue to use Turbo Tax because it is reliable, trust worthy and easy to use. I always know that I can count of Turbo Tax to provide the most up-to-date forms and instructions and the most convenient means of filing my return electronically. I especially like the perks that come with pre-buying Turbo Tax each year. Thank you Turbo Tax programmers, customer service, and executive team.
What's great about it: Ease of step-by-step instructions and access to on-line help

Very Easy

Still had difficulty printing. When I hit the first review page it says to save and print. when I hit the print button it didn't print. The second time the final review came up, I could print. Should Delete the "review save print page," On the first review should have "Just review document will print at the end"
What's great about it: Liked that you could skip through sections and just go to the relevant sections

No hassle, very easy to use

Turbo Tax just gets easier to use every year. I have been using it since 2001 and this year was the easiest to file yet. The ability to automatically download information from my brokerage house and employer make that whole process painless. I just wish I could download my home mortgage information, too.
What's great about it: Extremely easy to use. The automatic downloading of investment and payroll information is great.
What's not so great: Still can't download my home mortgage information.

Excellent product. I've used Turbo Tax for years and it just keeps getting easier! I'll help my son do his taxes on Turbo Tax this year.

Life Saver

I have been using Turbo tax for 10 years and could never imagine using anything else. We always get a great return, and I feel more educated about taxes because of all the comprehensive questions that they ask during your return. I would recoment to anyone.
What's great about it: Takes all the questions out of doing taxes.

Good program; I've used turbo tax for many years.

Relief! It's done!

I was able to get through it even quicker this year as they have added more institutions to electronically retrieve data from. The only thing I missed was having it tell me at every question what I did last year.
What's great about it: The layouts, the help pop-ups, previous year info
What's not so great: Missing previous year info for each question

Great product

This is the first time I ever used Turbo Tax. I have always had my returns prepared by a CPA firm. Decided to try Turbo Tax to save some money this year since I was not working. It was extremely easy to use and they did not leave a stone unturned when looking for all deductions allowed. Will be using it again next year.
What's great about it: Extremely easy to use
What's not so great: Nothing
