Easy and quick

I like that Turbo Tax takes me step by step to make sure that I have thought of everything.

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 6 years. Every year it has gotten easier to do. Last year was tough because my husband retired, but Turbo Tax helped us through it. During this second tax season of his retirement, I will hesitate just short of a breeze to state how easy it was to file both my state and federal taxes.
I especially like how TT copies my information from year to year. Saves so much time!

What's great about it: Easy to use, downloads and updates just as easy
What's not so great: Few things I did not understand but was related to my husband's retirement

2nd year in a row using TT, great! WIll never go back to chain stores. Used tax advice last time and was extremely helpful and saved me $$

I have been using this Turbo Tax for years. I have been pleased with the ease and coverage of the program. It has only made a mistake once. The state found the mistake and I paid for it, but otherwise it has been great. I would reccomend this to anyone.
What's great about it: walks me through the quesitons and explains if I don't understand
What's not so great: last year's deductions, that I was not getting this year, hard to find out why

Had not done my own taxes for a number of years (as I was a business owner) and just did my 2012 returns in about 2 hours start to finish. It was as easy as I remember it to have been.

The only grumble I have has nothing to do with Turbo Tax. I changed computers and the transfer of files did not work.
