Without a doubt this is the quickest,most simple way to do taxes. NO PAIN unless you owe.

What's not so great: had issues with form downloads and filing at the end due to a high volume of people filing
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love Turbo Tax and use it each year for my husband and myslef on our return as will as for our oldest son. When our next one gets a few years older I am sure I will be filing his also.
What's great about it: covers all the little things so you dont have to know all new laws

I don't think I will use it next year, it claims to have support via CPA, etc and I was not able to get any help.
What's great about it: Ease of doing
What's not so great: DIdn't get professional answers back, coulnd't get support.

I have used Turbo Tax ever since I started filing. Because all the right questions were asked, I am confident my reuturn is flawless. I love how easy and quick the process is, you get the whole package!
What's great about it: Easy/quick to fill out.

Fantastic Experience

I have filed our taxes with turbo tax for about the last 12 years. Each time I came away with frustration and anger. Two years ago I commented my frustrations .... Way to go!!! This year was as great an experience doing our taxes ... as doing taxes can be.

Turbo Tax, once again found me the most "bang for the buck"! It's the most thorough tax software. Asking all kinds of questions and very user friendly.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, thorough
What's not so great: Can't find any
