Taxes Made Easy

Always a good tool to make taxes easy and maximize your return. The error checking alone is extremely valuable to save headaches of trying to find errors.
What's great about it: Always looks to maximize your refund. Thorough.

the latest version of turbo tax has been the easiest to follow so far and this is the 4th year in a row I have used this program.
What's great about it: step by step questions, "Learn more" for more info on many topics, quick, easy

Fantastic personal service

My computer CD drive went out & I had only this weekend to finish my 2012 tax returns. They found a way to help me get it don on line. I am not a very adept person on finding a way around IT detail, but they were patient, polite, and I was done in a relatively short time. We have used the CD program for 4 years, but I think this worked just great. Thank you for your great personal service.

Surprisingly easy

I used TurboTax for the first time this year and was pleasantly surprised that it is so user friendly and easy to follow. The time spent learning TurboTax was time very well spent! And it is definitely noticeably cheaper than the income tax preparation service I used before. I should have done this long time ago!
What's great about it: I liked the information hints and guides which contain great explanations of points I was not sure of
What's not so great: Some of these guides need to be a bit more specific, instead of being too general

Thank you, saves time and easy filing.
What's great about it: transfering infomation from last year and when i sell stocks its easy.
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
