Love my TurboTax

I love my TurboTax. It is fast & easy. I don't know why I procrastinate every year. You would think that I would know by now that the sooner I get it done, the sooner I will get my refund because I've been using it for years.

No Hassle Transfer

quick and gets easier every year. We now have a folder sent up that we put all our charity info into as we receive it rather that different files for each.
What's great about it: Preloaded carryover feature
What's not so great: delete option prior to processing income options for old bank info

I practically broke even

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2004 and it's so simple. I love that it walks me through the entire process and helps me to remember things that I would otherwise forget. Some of the deductions I had this year was interest payments on my mortgage, student loan deductions, and charitable contributions. 2012 was a relatively easy year for me since I didn't have any adoption credits, residential energy credits, or medical bills.
However, since 2007, my taxes have been fairly complicated since I was trying to have a baby, which resulted in a large amount of medical expenses in 2007 and an adoption credit in both 2009 and 2010 since we ended up adopting a beautiful little girl. In addition, we took advantage of residential energy credits in both 2010 and 2011 when we re-insulated our attic AND purchased a solar water heater. I'm so thankful that Turbo Tax is available so that I don't have to pay for an accountant to do my taxes for me.
The other good news is that I have been able to easily maintain documentation regarding my taxes each year so when I am audited or questioned, I have been able to provide all the required evidence to make that review quick and simple. I was audited in 2007 when I had the large medical expenses and in 2009 because I ended up filing an amended return. Both audits were harmless because I had proof regarding everything that was done and I was able to provide all the documentation that was required of me.
Thanks Turbo Tax. The only problem I have is that I don't always get my questions answered when I'm unsure about something such as the fact that I did NOT receive a 1099-INT from the Treasury Internal Revenue Service. When would a person receive that type of 1099-INT form? I'm assuming since I didn't receive one, it's not a problem. I just would like those types of questions answered when I have them. No biggie though... This is a small problem with Turbo Tax and the Pro's far outweigh the con's.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax went over each deduction one by one
What's not so great: I couldn't find an explanation of when I would receive a 1099-INT from the Treasury Internal Revenue Service

Turbo Tax is Great

Turbo Tax is the greatest and easiest Tax program to user. Whether you are using the Web site or you bought your program there is not a better program out there. Great help for the beginner all the way through to the expert. An extremely concise and informative program.

Very through and easy

Turbo Tax was auto shipped to me so that I didn't have to re-order and I could therefore begin working with it earlier than if I had to remember to order and then do it. Getting started was easy since Turbo Tax imported my personal info from last years records. It also kept track of and updated depreciation automatically. E-filing the federal tax was very simple (it would be nice if the state tax e-filing was included for free also, but, I suppose you can't have everything!).

Refund So Easy

I didn't really have to think a lot. Turbo Tax walked me through each step asking questions that just required my response to complete the action. Add ins that allowed me to check what it was about if I was not sure were very helpful.
I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone!
What's great about it: Walked through all possible areas
What's not so great: How to fix an error at end not clear
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
