Great. have been using this product for over ten years and quicker and easier than completing forms and reading publications
What's great about it: help center answers questions quickly

Whew! It's done!!!

We love Turbo Tax, even though it takes a us a good deal of hours to go through the helpful details and information that accompanies each section. The fact that you can go back at any time and redo sections helps us to feel confident that we can "continue" as directed and then redo as needed. We're always excited to watch the Refund Amount increase! and keep our fingers crossed that there will be minimal errors at the end. The only problem we had this 2012 year was that answering the first question about Business Expenses with a Yes led us into needing information to fill out a Form C that we did not have or even need...and we did not know this had occured until the final review. I guess we were just too anxious to get our Unreimbursed Employee Business Expenses accounted for...and didn't wait until it came up in deductions further along. After going back and checking NO...all was well and we actually had NO errors on our Return. Thanks Turbo Tax for your helpful guidance!
Sad to say though, our State gobbled up most of our Federal Refund :( !

What's great about it: It's great to have the stored information from last year's return appear as you move along.
What's not so great: Not always understanding the "tax" or financial jargon.

User Friendly

It is so easy to use Turbo Tax ~ previous programs were not as user friendly. I am all about user friendly! Makes my life easier and I feel very secure with the program and filing with Turbo Tax. This is my 5th year using the program! Thank you!

I have used turbo-tax for many years now and now I help my college aged daughter and two sons use it as well.
What's great about it: Easy to use and organized well.
What's not so great: None really. You need ot have your paperwork in order.

Makes taxes easy

Turbo Tax is an easy and straightforward way of filing taxes. The e-file routine is great. It makes assembling all the complicated tax forms less burdensome.
What's great about it: Very user-friendly way of organizing information, Turbo Tax makes e-file easy
What's not so great: A couple of minor tax situations (election worker wages not reported on a W-2) are not represented there.

Overall easy to use a slight improvement from last year, need more pictures of forms being referenced to feel assured not missing something.
