nicely done, turbo tax. I didn't have a federal refund this year, but still am very happy with the software.
What's great about it: easy to use. fast. great for simple returns

Procrastinator or not...

I am a procrastinator through and through when it comes to doing things that I don't enjoy - but I have to admit that with Turbo Tax my nemesis - tax preparation - becomes short work. Even with a complicated (for me) return this year, Turbo Tax was very carefully prompting me for screening and qualifying information to be sure I qualified for the deductions I ultimately took. I've been a Turbo Tax user for many years - why switch out of a good thing?
What's great about it: Easy walkthrough of qualifying questions
What's not so great: None...
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Blastic all obstical! Phat Refund!!

The software asked the probing questions to reach for the maximum refund. It blasticed through all obstacles to pry until it found the deduction that got the most. I was very please with my refund and would tell others to utilize this software.

Easy Refund

This was my first time doing my own taxes. Thought the program was very easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy step by step guides
What's not so great: Having to go back to the beginning of a section to make corrections

TurboTax makes it easy again!

While I have professional training in tax preparation I have always used TurboTax for my annual returns. The Easy Guides take me through everything for each area. Also the areas that I know well I can go through on my own and choose the areas that apply to me. Thank Turbo Tax for a another great experience!

Wish I had used TurboTax before!

I was really nervous to file my taxes, especially since my tax return two years ago had been rejected. I had used a different e-filing system, and that did not let me fix a mistake, nor did it ask all the relevant questions. The questions posed by TurboTax also showed me where my record-keeping needs to improve. Now I am looking forward to next year!
What's great about it: There is no rushing and it is easy to go back
