EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now, I like the product. But I have to say, the Customer Service is the best part; it is excellent. Alex with Technical Support did an outstanding job helping me work through the concerns and answering my questions.
What's great about it: Outstanding service from Alex - Customer Service Rep and Technical Support
What's not so great: Problems with the state return

Turbo Tax always makes our taxes easier to file. We just answer all the questions & it does all the work!
What's great about it: Easy Guide
What's not so great: Too many updates before final forms were ready this year

Filing income taxes is a hassle, but TurboTax makes it a LOT easier! I especially liked using it again this year because it showed me a comparison of what I did last year, reminded me of deductions I might be missing that I took previously and already had the names and addresses of charities I regularly donate to. Thanks, TurboTax!
What's great about it: So easy! Step-by-step instructions and encouragement along the way!

I have used Turbo tax for many years, and it continues to be easy to use. I especially like the ability to substitute numbers in the program to see how the bottom line is affected (particularly IRA contributions). I also like error check and audit alert features.
What's great about it: Simple step by step instructions
What's not so great: Need free state filing
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have been using turbo tax for several years and really find it user friendly! like how it saves my info from prior years.
I also like how easy it is to e-file at the end.
What's great about it: easy to follow, calculated refund instanly
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Used to get my taxes done by a professional and was looking for a way to save a little extra money. Turbo Tax has found me more money than my professional and is super easy to use and no hassle of going to a 3rd party. Thanks guys.

This program saved me a ton of cash in tax filing. Its very thorough, easy to use and I feel confident that all areas were covered properly.
