Easy, Step-by-Step directions

This was my first time filing my own taxes. I used a CPA while married. He filed for me last year (newly divorced) and this year's refund was within $100 of last year's for a lot less money.
Very thorough questions. I felt like I got all of my deductions. I felt confident after filing. Will feel good to receive my refund.
What's great about it: Easy to follow directions. Thorough.
What's not so great: Had to wait for an update on Microsoft because my computer is a bit dated. There was no extra fee, however.

Rocked My Refund

I was very pleased with Turbo Tax (as usual). I have been using Turbo Tax for 6 years and have never had a problem. Everything is self explanatory and if I have any questions, the Search is always extremely helpful.
What's great about it: So easy to maneuver..a child could do it.
What's not so great: No dislikes here, all wonderful.

Refund Done

After seeing what a tax service went through to do my taxes, I was confident I could do them myself. TurboTax made it easy for me to do so and saved me money.
What's great about it: Simple and easy to use
What's not so great: none that I saw
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I loaded it up and went to work. Had new computer and no history. I entered the info from last years printout and I was up and running. Please keep it this complete and straight forward to use.

I have used turbo tax for several years now and have found it extremely easy to understand and to use. I would not file my taxes using any other product and have been completely satisfied with turbo tax. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction if I did not understand something, A great product!
What's great about it: Very easy to understand and complete
What's not so great: Would be nice to copy and paste information
