Convenient

I've used TurboTax for years, so now seems intuitive to me. Reasonably simple return (but not EZ class), zipped through.
What's great about it: Fast, convenient
What's not so great: Imperfect maneuvering on the screen

Very easy to use, walks you through step by step or can do it on your own if more advanced. Each years return data imports, saving time. It's Deductible online imports as well, which is huge.
What's great about it: easy, intuitive, complete

I have been using TurboTax since the mid 90's. This is a very simple to use program that helps you understand the deduction process which is usually the most difficult.
What's great about it: Step by Step Instructions
What's not so great: Not seeing mistakes until the end

The software does so much automatically that I was disappointed when it told me I couldn't file federal return electronically (Form 5695) but then kept asking me to file it electronically anyway. Didn't make it easy for me to file federal by mail and state electronically. But it's still a great program.
What's great about it: Always accurate and easy to use. Makes tax time bearable if not pleasant.

Some of the topic's should be easier to understand. even if I chose the easy guide, it should explain more details to help us understand more. I would hate to choose something and IRS will be after me.

Quick and Easy

Although I am a CPA, I don't prepare taxes often as I am more in financial management. I love Turbo Tax, particularly the way it walks you through the issues. The Q&A is quick and easy. Anyone should be able to use this program, even those who aren't financial experts. Why go to a tax preparer when the work is really just getting the information together and answering the questions? Quick, easy, and I have assurance that I have prepared my taxes correctly. Turbo Tax is much better than some of the others on the market. Don't use the rest - Turbo Tax is the best.
What's great about it: Quick and easy for anyone to use. Love the way it "walks" you through each issue.

So easy, So fast!

I have used Turbo Tax for years and I continue to be impressed with its ease of use. I dreaded getting started with the whole filing process, but once I got started, I was done in no time!
What's great about it: Easy to fill out, easy to file, covers everything
