Better than HRBlock2011

I came back to Turbo Tax after filing my 2011 taxes with HRBlock software last year. HRBlock missed a Federal business deduction and State deduction for notaxable payment of qualified group-term life insurance costs from a retirement fund.
I would like to see a clearer choice on not e-filing a state return while still being able to e-file a federal return.
What's great about it: HrBlocki2011 missed some deductions
What's not so great: Clearer choice on paper filing state return

This Dinosaur Did It

I have labelled myself a computer dinosaur! I was really very hesitant to use this product. It was very patient with me and it gave me every opportunity to make changes. Give yourself the time and all you oldies out there can do it!!!!!!!
What's great about it: User friendly, pretty fool proof
What's not so great: Really none

A very pleasant experience. Especially the downloading from Banks and Stock companies. Reduced the time I have spent in the past by 40% on the overall return.
Would recommend Turbo Tax without reservation.

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 5 years. I trust the tax program. I know income tax well enough to know if the information is being reported correctly and Turbo Tax does a great job.

As easy as it gets!

We've used TurboTax exclusively, year after year. We consider it reliable and easy. Some years our returns are easy, some years not; either way you're able to select the TurboTax that's right for you. Even when you have unique major events, like selling a house or inheriting an estate, it'll walk you through it, with confidence. Highly recommend.
What's great about it: Walks you through it even when you've got major events
What's not so great: May not understand the numbers on the forms

i am a long time user maybe 30 years and have had little to complain about other than getting to support by phone .Its a fine product that I recommend to my friends!
What's great about it: I've used Turbo Tax at least 20 t0 25 yrs
