Using Turbo tax saved me over $400 this year in filing fees! I needed help with one form and the call center took care of that easily and taught me how to make the changes on my own next year!!
What's great about it: Saved over $400 by doing my taxes with Turbo Tax vs. paying someone else!

Have been using Turbo Tax for many years now and I'm completely satisfied.
What's great about it: Allows download of previous years information
What's not so great: A lot of the income areas and deductions did not apply to me

Great Product

I liked the logical steps it guided me thru the process and the fact that the explanations and instructions were very "readable" and understandable.
What's great about it: logical and easy to follow with cautionary prompts at the right places.
What's not so great: Got "hung up" sometimes eg, when entering a new PIN and today's date it kept saying I had to enter today's date.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used TurboTax for over 15 years!! Would never do it any other way!!
What's great about it: Easy step-by-step process of doing taxes. Reminds you of things that you may otherwise overlook
What's not so great: NONE!
