Hard to make a mistake

Best part is the transfer of info from previous use of Turbotax and the ability to compare last year's input with this year.

Only Way To Do Taxes(IF YOU MUST)

This Turbo Tax software is very easy to install and use.

TurboTax Not So Taxing

The interview process keeps all the many confusing tax forms out of sight unless you really want to peak at them for whatever reason. It was the federal & state paper forms & accompanying instructions that were intimidating but not with TurboTax. Now filing our taxes is as friendly and easy as it gets. I might be biased, however, as I've been using TurboTax for 15 years.
What's great about it: Interview process is great.
What's not so great: Only a few questions confusing.

Easy but some small improvements could help

Overall easy and straight forward tax filing. The addition of charity address information was frustrating and time consuming. Also, before people fill out all of the deduction information, they should be given the option to go with the standard deduction (if this was an option, I missed it) if they don't think they'll qualify. Overall I'm satisfied with experience, just a few little things to improve on.

The Minnesota state return problem was troubling this year.
What's great about it: Transfer and importing of data. Step by step was accurate for our situation.
What's not so great: Lists aren't automatically organized by date, or alpa
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
