Simple as 1-2-3

My husband and I love Turbo Tax. We have been using it for years. The product asks all the questions that can help get the job done and in a short period of time. I love the fact that I can upload my W-4 from my work and upload all of my interest, etc. from our financial institution. My husband has a small business and Turbo Tax helps us to capture all of the deductions for the business that we need.
We wouldn't use anything else.

Easier Than I Thought

I've used Turbo Tax twice before and each time it's be quick and easy. Walking through the steps has also helped me develop a good system of record keeping for deductions such as medical and charities.
What's great about it: Step by step guidence, easy, able to see refund or tax status

Solid As Ever

Have been using Turbo Tax for years and would not file my own returns without it. The section on personal property tax deductions that says 'boats and planes' could use work to include car personal property tax (which IRS.GOV says is allowed if tax is assessed on the value of the car, paid in current tax year, etc.). And many filers don't have boats or planes. Again, tremendously valuable software for filing taxes!
What's great about it: Generally easy to use
What's not so great: (Having to use it at all vs. a simple, flat-tax)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fun with Turbo tax

I have used Tubo tax for many years. When I first started using it I hated it. Things were not explained well and I did not like doing my taxes with it. Tubo Tax has come a long way in making it easy to do my taxes. I got done this year in less then an hour. Before it took me 4or five hours trying to figure out how to answer some of the questions. I did not mind doing my taxes this year. Thanks Turbo Tax for making it easier.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and covered all my deductions
What's not so great: I like it very much and found nothing I would change

Quick and Easy

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years and am always very happy with my experience. Thank you for making it easier this year for single filers who own a home as a joint tenant.
What's great about it: Love the Easy Guide because it covers everything and assumes I know nothing. Walked me through, step by step.
What's not so great: Didn't give me an option to change my daytime phone number.

Easy as pie

Easiest and most cost effective way to generate an accurate return. Downloading 1099-DIV data from financial service companies makes it so easy. I wouldn't do my taxes any other way. Free federal e-file is a great perk. Do your taxes without ever leaving the comfort of your home!
What's great about it: pre-populated with prior year's data, remembers carry-overs, easy to navigate
What's not so great: recurrent updates - makes me wonder whether there will be more after I've filed

A Breeze to Use

TurboTax was a snap to use. We were concerned about how to handle an inheritance we had received this year. It felt like TurboTax held our hand as it walked us through each step along the way. I should have known -- with TurboTax it's always easy.
