Awesome refund!!

I definitely got the full refund available to me and with Turbo Tax I know that it's done right. My taxes only took about 2 hours (including downloading the software) and I never had to leave my couch. I should have used Turbo Tax for all my taxes before this.
What's great about it: Everything was super easy to use.

Quick and Easy

Overall, TurboTax has been a wiz to use. Simple language and help is available if you need it. Everyone hates doing taxes but TurboTax takes some of the pain and frustration out of it.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy=Duh
What's not so great: Just wish it were a litte cheaper

I love doing my taxes with TurboTax. It makes it so easy even with a person of my limited tax experience. Thank you for this easy way to do my taxes and your great software!
What's great about it: So easy to use-asked the right questions.

Easy, Fast, and Great

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1998 and since the first time I used it I was amaised. I received more legitimate deductions (software interview questions showed me) than I ever had.
Trying to remember all possible deductions each tyear is impossible for people but Turbo Tax imports all previous deductions and previous tax information from that last years taxes making it super easy.
How much do I prefer it- I was sent free versions of two other tax prep software programs (both semi big names) I did not like them and bought Turbo Tax from the store for use instead.
Would never use anything else. The money we saved- refund- was used for down payment on a motorcycle.
What's great about it: Finds deductions other tax places do not tell about
What's not so great: cost of software- but still half or better than a tax consultant
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and Easy

I have been using TurboTax for several years. It's quick and easy. Since it downloads our information from last year, it saves a lot of time (and possible error) not having to re-enter data that doesn't change. I like how it guides me through all of the steps and does the calculations. All I have to do is collect the associated support paperwork (charity donation acknowledgements, 1099s, W-2s, etc.) throughout the year and enter the numbers into the software. I was done with our taxes in about an hour.
What's great about it: Software guides you through the steps and does the calculations.
What's not so great: None

Turbo Tax does a good job of asking me a lot of questions and making it easy. I trust that they are helping me find all my deductions.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: I hate filing taxes
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Disappointed

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. I am disappointed with the State of Minnesota filing this year. I cannot use the e-file method. I have paid the service fee via credit card and it states that I cannot e-file because the software is not up to date. I cannot get the state software to update and your help does not provide a solution.
