I use Turbo Tax every year. It is easy to use and I know that I have covered all the bases using this program so that I get the maximum refund.

Instantaneous JOY . . . and PAIN!

Confident and efficient program to complete an onerous process. Despite my inevitable negative outcomes; I feel assured that all the information accounted and provided will minimum risk of audit.
Hopefully, one day --- the tracking screen will show numbers in BLACK rather than RED.
Outcomes aside, thanks for a superior product!!
What's great about it: Excellent tracking of refunds or tax due in "real time!"; superb questions to reinforce understanding of tax elements
What's not so great: None come to mind.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Simple and Easy- Takes the Filing Fear Away

I have used Turbo Tax 10+ years and each year the program is made easier and flows nicely. Good detail and informaion and related infomational links is at hand with each section.
What's great about it: Ease of Use and links to tax informaion and questions

I have used this product for many years filing both personal and business returns. Because of its reliability I wouldn't even consider using another product.
What's great about it: Easy Guide to Follow, easy to file return, can count on it being correct.
What's not so great: There is nothing I dislike about this product

We love Turbo Tax. We've used it for years. It only takes a couple of hours to go thru everything and we can file online. Thanks Turbo Tax!!
What's great about it: Walks you thru all areas of filing taxes
What's not so great: A couple of confusing moments, but we eventually figured out what to do
