Overall, we appreciate the step-by-step guidance of TurboTax. As users of TurboTax for many, many years, we find it reliable and user friendly for the most part. The interest and dividend section needed more information and maybe the section on medical expenses. But in the end were satisfied we did it right. We highly recommend TurboTax.
What's great about it: Mostly easy to use
What's not so great: Some sections need more instructions

Turbo Tax is easy to follow, I'm impressed with all of the material I don't have to try and locate. I let a relative use turbo tax after he had filed his taxes and he found out he could have gotten $60.00 more if he had used turbo tax. Next year he will use turbo tax.

my error minimized by TurboTax

My wife and I made a series of misfortunate errors over the past 18 months that led to a significant tax bill this year. TurboTax helped run several scenarios to minimize what we owed!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This was a much more efficient and satisfying experience than the other years I have used your software. Congratulations are in order to your developers.
What's great about it: Expected this to be a multiple sit-down at the computer but it went fast and efficiently.
What's not so great: Can't think of a thing you missed. I missed a few, but you caught them.

File Like a Pro

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years - at one point between moves and filing in three states and it always guided me in the right direction. I like being able to input previous years info and knowing that if there is a carry over for any credit Turbo Tax will be sure I get it.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax walks me through every step and then explains what is and isn't possible. I can see the return $ change .
What's not so great: Hard to find where some info has been applied.

Easy way to do Taxes

I love Turbo Tax. It makes doing my taxes fast and easy. the step by step process guides you through the whole process and is easy to understand. I will never do my taxes any other way!
