2012 Turbo Tax Deluxe

Overall very good. The user interface is easy to use, runs quickly, and is not at all buggy. My only gripe with Turbo Tax is the error check. It does catch errors, but the software could be improved by linking you directly to the entry to make the fix. Currently, the user has to hunt down where they made the entry - sometimes not very easy.
What's great about it: Very straight forward, makes taxes very easy
What's not so great: When there are errors on the form, it's sometimes difficult to know where and how to fix the errors.

I felt this was the easy tax season I have ever had! Everything was made simple and cant wait till next year!

2nd year I've used Turbo tax, really easy and detailed about letting me know, not to worry about some items now, because they will be covered later. That helped a lot.
What's great about it: Detailed in step by step completion, explaining all sections
What's not so great: could not import some of my banking information
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

For the most part Turbo tax is easy to use but if you have some errors it is not easy to go back and correct them. You can also override some misstakes but then you will get stopped later on and there are no real instructions on going in to fix the overrides.
What's great about it: Nice and neat and easy to file
What's not so great: We had some errors and needed to go back and change them and it was difficult to do.

I have used TurboTax for many years and always enjoy how easy it is to go through the interview questions. When I open a new section and start answering the questions, I don't like having to scroll down to the bottom to get the next section. Can you reverse the order and put the button for next section on the top of the screen?
What's great about it: When I had all my paperwork together, it took me about 2 hours to go through the questions.
What's not so great: having to scroll down to next section

I love the ease of using the Turbo Tax product. The questions are easy to understand and it ALMOST makes tax preparation fun. It has made tax returns bearable. Thanks Intuit.
