I am a long time user of turbotax, and find the product to be a great help in walking me through every step of the process to help me ensure my return is complete and accurate.
This year I noted a couple of issues that you should consider addressing.
1) in previous years I was given the ability to check for the employer's 1099 on line to facilitate on line completion. I did not get that opportunity this year, unless it was done in the background, in which case you should provide a message along the lines of - we searched for this employer but they do not provide on line 1099 info.
2# Despite the fact that I used turbotax last year, and uploaded information from the previous statement that included the state retun, I did not enter my 1099G #not sure where it is#. Your program had the information with the green comment that this section should be reviewed, but when it came time for checking the return it did not catch the missing state refund and was ready to file. I was sure we received a refund last year, so I went back to that section which is when I noticed the green message.
Based on this I have 2 recommondations:
a) When there are items on the return where you have the message #and I may have clicked on something to flag to back and check - I'm not sure) the system should prompt the user that you have items that should be revievisited before proceeding.
b) when you have information such as the State refund, and have accuratly captured it in the data retrevial process, it shold at the very least be presented as an entry item to be confirmed, if not entered for the user.

Had I not gone back and checked I would have filed an inaccurate return. Please address this for future versions.

Easy as pie!

I love working with Turbo tax. I've been using this software for years and years. It gets better every year. It takes a little long to load up, but it's worth the wait. Also, it really should have a full step to review the file prior to e-filing. I found a contribution I forgot to add. Had I filed prior to reviewing, it would have been a mess. That's what keeps it from being 5 stars.
What's great about it: Love working with Turbo Tax!

Even Better This Year

I liked this year's edition; however, I would like to have had the audit meter appear on each screen or at least each section rather than wait until the very end.
What's great about it: Streamlined and easy to use
What's not so great: Would like the audit meter to appear on each screen
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for the last four years, and I am very satisfied with this product.

Taxes are Done!!! (for this year)

I think the process was designed for someone who has all their materials and wants to complete their taxes in one shot. I like to enter tax document information as I receive it. Unless I have missed something, I would have liked some more direct means to each entry type section.
What's great about it: Familiar interface, both guided and explore on my own

over all Turbotax is trhe best, I have been using it for several years and have had no problems.
What's great about it: easy to follow steps, asks all the right questions.
What's not so great: on each new sectrion I had to scroll down each time
