Turbo Tax

Turbo tax works well; only complaint is that it was difficult to locate city taxes to make revisions.
What's great about it: met my tax needs

Easy Again

I have been using TurboTax for 5 years and I am never tempted to try any other available software. I find that their step-wise approach is easy to follow and is very straight-forward. I especially like the Help and Learn More buttons.
What's great about it: quick and yet detailed
What's not so great: a lot of sections to go through

Smoth operation throughout

I have used Turbotax for years and have never had a problem, whether getting a payment in on time or getting a refund. Because I itemize deductions, the "Its Deductible" program that downloads nicely into Turbotax is a very helpful feature.
What's great about it: The Easy Step process provided a good mental ckecklist to assure that I included everything
What's not so great: One error report was not quite clear on how to fix it but I was eventually able to figure it out

What A Great Service

After years of using a CPA I am thrilled to be able to do our taxes myself with this simple to use software. We have used Turbo Tax now for at least five years. We were audited last year due to an error made by my husband's employer and Turbo Tax audit defense took care of everything. They were very good with daily communication which is most important when you are in the panic mode of being forced to defend your return to the IRS. It all worked out to our advantage and the evil IRS went away. Now, if they had only apologized, that would've made the experience perfect!

Excellent and easy to use!

It was a simple return with a couple of minor complications that the software handled great. Quick question and answer format makes it painless. Generating an eFile I.D. didn't work so I had to call the IRS. Also, the member login seemed to have a problem on the payment of the eFile for the state return. Fairly minor issues, otherwise it's perfect!
What's great about it: Covered everything
What's not so great: Empty page on the Efile I.D. generation page
