Better than Last Year

I use your product every year, and every year I have the same problem. I live in New Hampshire which has no State Tax, but work in Massachusetts. The program only gives me the New Hampshire state form. I need to call customer support and have them straight the state out. (They do a good job of that)
Its frustrating that I can't simply select the Free State I want to use, instead of the program assuming which state I need.

What's not so great: Wrong State Return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

At times it tell you to continue,but there is no button to continue to. Hard to explain

It works well with walking you through everything! Guess you can't make it easier with the breakdown of items.
What's great about it: Good guide to everything pretaining to taxes. Good questions
What's not so great: Could not find good explaination for prev.amendments

Easy to Do

This is probaby my 5th or 6th year using Turbotax, and it's really the easiest and fastest way to do my taxes. Why pay more when your returns aren't that complicated to begin with?
What's great about it: Takes me through the process and explains things nicely

Turbo tax has simplified the process for me in getting my taxes done on time. It follows the KISS method, which works for me!
What's great about it: It is detailed, concise, and explanatory in its approach.
What's not so great: That I have to pay taxes!

Aced my return

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now. It has made my filing tax returns very easy. In addition to that all my forms are saved for future reference. Excellent software. The only negative is that changes are difficult once an option is selected. In addition, debugging errors is difficult. For example, once the error is detected one should be able to open up all the forms connected to that error. This is not so now.
What's great about it: Step by step procedure
What's not so great: Options are difficult to edit
Pros: I bought or sold investments

easy to use, and comprehensive -- been using it for several years and like it
What's great about it: easy to use, and covers most things with one click
What's not so great: pop up helpers could be more explanatory
