Software made my computer crash

Software made my super fast computer crash. I had to reinstall windows and then install, uninstall, and reinstall the software after that before it would work. Once it started functioning things went smoothly however.
What's great about it: Once I reinstalled windows and reloaded the software a 3rd time things went well.
What's not so great: Software made a 1 year old Dell Alienware computer crash.

EASY TO USE

I've used Turbo Tax up until last year, thought there was something "better" out there and there WAS NOT a tax prep progam out there easier to use than Turbo Tax!!! I'm glad Turbo Tax is still around to come back to!!!
What's great about it: Just put in the info, numbers and Turbo Tax does the rest!!
What's not so great: The endless loop for the state taxes. No free file for state.

I have used Turbo Tax for 5 years and love it. I am able to file my return acurately, getting all applicable deductions, quickly and not paying someone else to do something I can do for myself!!

Tried to go to 1099-S, search would not go straight to it.
