Turbo made my day

Turbo Tax was nice to use, but the initial set up was lengthy. All in all, it dealt with Federal and two states very quickly.
What's great about it: The software guided me right through and handled the Federal and two states
What's not so great: Took a long time to set up and transfer previous info - or maybe my computer is too slow

Overall very thorough. Easy to use, if you use year after year, it imports all previous information.
What's great about it: Easy step through, catches any mistakes you make
What's not so great: If you have a home office, a little confusing.

The Good and the Bad

Great and easy to use. Very user friendly.
What's great about it: Easy to use, fast
What's not so great: Didn't carry a city income tax payment to the city form because the ADP W2 had the wrong city name
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It Works Great

It is great software that steps you through the process of filling out all the tax forms that are needed. Once you have completed all the needed information in the program it is put in the forms for you to prevent any mistakes. It also helps to make sure that you get your maximum refund by making sure that all the exemptions that you are eligible for are taken into account.
This is great software.
What's great about it: It setps you through the process to ensure that you get all the money you deserve.

Peace of Mind

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2007, with no audits, no problems and no headaches about whether my taxes are done right. I know that within about two hours, all my questions are answered and my forms are completed correctly and e-filed. This gives me tremendous peace of mind. I have so many demands on my time, and spending more time and money worrying about my taxes just doesn't make sense. I recommend Turbo Tax to do a quick, thorough, efficient job.

First Time Self-Filer

This was a very easy program to use. I have had someone else prepare my taxes in the past and decided to try it on my own this year. You just answer the questions that pop up and it's as simple as that. They will put a "(not common)" next to things that don't apply to many people, and that was helpful when I maybe wasn't sure about something. Thank you Turbo Tax!
