I have used TurboTax for at least 5 years. Was really easy to use. I do not know I put it off until April 6th!

First Time Rocked My Refund!

This was my first time filing my taxes and Turbo Tax made it really fast and easy for me. Everything was self explanatory and user friendly. Just make sure you have all of the information you need for your taxes and you wont be bogged down. Turbo Tax is worth every penny for the convenience it gave me in giving me my full returns.
What's great about it: Very fast aneasy to use. Directions were clear and simple, plus it double checked everything to make sure it was correct
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Simple & Easy Return

Turbo Tax is so simple and easy to use, even for individuals that have never done their own taxes. This year I had a question about a particular tax situation and the Tax Community was extremely helpful in resolving my dilema. In fact one individual gave such a detailed answer that I shared it with a friend of mine that I always went to with tax questions. Another great feature is the 2 and 5 year comparisons. For the average individual tax payer Turbo Tax is great.
What's great about it: Simple & Easy & user friendly software
What's not so great: Certain screens may be a little difficult to find once the return has been completed but eventually they are found.

Every year it gets easier

I have been using Turbo Tax for a decade now. Each year it gets easier as life makes changes. I have had kids, in and out of college, going out on their own that have used this now and Turbo Tax has found every deduction for the young college student and the parents. It is simple to navigate and makes doing taxes not so overwhelming. Throw in the Its Deductible through out the year an never lose a deduction and you will be amazed how next year you will find every penny you are owed. In today's economy that's a plus!
What's great about it: Even beginners such as college students can navigate through this
