The icon to jump to FORMS should be more prominent.
There should be a large SAVE button in the heading. One shouldn't have to go to the File menu and scroll down to find it.
The button to DELETE a displayed schedule or form should look different from and be more prominent than the CLOSE button. Now, it's easy to make a mistake.

Holding my hand!!!

A very good tax program. They walk you through the whole process from beginning to end. It's like they are holding your hand all the way thru.
What's great about it: Covers all kinds of tax scenarios
What's not so great: Could offer major discount for referrals.

Another Good Experience

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2008 and have been pleased with it. It is a comprehensive review of the tax process and much easier that paper filing. I feel as if I have been working with a tax professional every year. Thanks and see you again next year!

My daughter receives VA benefits but the VA does not provide and info as to the amount, etc so I can't answer those questions about the benefits so I have to ignore them. I ASSUME the VA would provide a form for tax returns if she was required to report them. She has been told she doesn't have to report them so why do you confuse me by asking this question?!

I could not do my taxes myself without it. I have used turbo tax for over 10 years and it has been such a time and money saver. It's just a great product.

What's not so great: none really

Making the complex simple!

Turbo Tax takes a lot of the drudgery out of doing your taxes. It uses personal and tax information from the prior year and downloads investment/banking information from your financial institutions. It also guides you through the process by answering some simple questions and inputting a few figures. Overall, it's a pretty simple process. I would be using a tax preparation service if it were not for Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Process feels more like guided data entry rather than tax preparation
What's not so great: Duplicate entry of K-1's with multiple sources of income
