fast and easy

Turbo tax was easy to use and understand what they were asking. Sometimes it would have been nice to have more details or examples to help you understand the question.
What's great about it: easy to use and understand

Overall, Turbo Tax made filing my returns very, very easy. The walkthrough was very simple and straightforward. Very pleased with the product!
What's great about it: simple, fast, and easy
What's not so great: more explanation in one or two places would've helped
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Downloads as much as possible, checks for missing information, sends tax returns effortlessly. Been using for years and will continue
