Easy and Informative

Very easy to install and use. Very thorough help files. Made the process much less intimidating than I expected.
What's great about it: Step-by-step with lots of help available
What's not so great: Didn't tell me the cost of state filing up front.

What a relief and pleasure to do my taxes with TX

When a box doesn't need to be checked it needs to be more obvious. Your error checking found the error, but I wasn't allowed, it seemed , to not check the box as an option. This can be found under business expense category. I really appreciate the error checking, but am not fully confident I corrected the errors correctly and completely. I was left with a feeling I may have fulfilled the program criteria, but not correctly. Sure hope that is not the case. Great program! Will continue to use Turbo Tax as long as I need to file axes!!
What's great about it: Very concise as always. Like the DIV import features
What's not so great: There was an area that required no box to be checked but wasn't an option, but uncovered as an error
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax 2012

I've used Turbo Tax for quite a few years, to file both my husband's and my tax return as well as my mom's. I tried another product a couple of years ago just to see how it would go, and promptly made up my mind to go back to Turbo Tax. I guess when you find a product that works, you should stick with it! And I will! :)
What's great about it: easy to use... step by step instructions to help you thru a sometimes complicated process... and love the efile option!
What's not so great: so far no issues that I have found

Excellent way to do your income tax. Walks you through the whole process. I only had one problem and that was at the end trying to figure out how to print the return. this is something should have been simple but was not.
