What's great about it: Transfer of data from year to year and from Federal to State
What's not so great: Very difficult to get questions answered. No email or telephone contacts.

Problems and changes

Changed that there is fee for filing state return, and didn't know that until the very end. Last year 1 state filling was included in the cost. I'll make sure I read the fine print next year. Expected that what I bought this year was the same as last year.
On the MO return, it doesn't bring the correct amount over on SS disability payments.

Couldn't efile

Very frustrated this year as I couldn't efile even after going back and changing data. There is an error with Form 5695 the residential energy credit!
What's great about it: In the past years, it's been great

A great tax program

A well thought out program. You can start a return and then stop before finishing and then come back right where you left off. You can be prompted through the return or you can enter on your own by form by line.
I have been using it for several years and have never been disappointed.

turbotax 2012 best yet

Yay! Taxes are done!!

I am very happy with Turbo Tax, as usual. The software is easy to use and I never have trouble. I like that I can make "tax time" a thing of the past so easily.

Quick and easy

This was my first year doing my taxes on my own and it was so fast and simple. Turbo Tax flagged anything that looked inaccurate which helped me double-check for mistakes. I did have a question or two that couldn't be answered by the online support but I was able to find my answer another way. Would highly recommend and will definitley use next year!

I have used Turbo Tax 2012 for the first time and prepared my taxes on my own for the first time too. With Turbo Tax it was very easy. Turbo Tax is a Excellent Software and I will recommend it to all.

What's great about it: Very Easy and Self Explanatory
What's not so great: It does not show the breakdown of income total in STATE's Return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
