Convenient and Easy!!!

Great program to use. I have been using it for the last 5 years and its been extremely helpful.
What's great about it: walkthrough questions and guidance
What's not so great: should analyze more and make sure you are answering everything possible
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax every year since I have been itemizing my deductions. It is a very thorough program and I trust that it has covered all of my deductions and maximized my refunds. It is extremely user friendly for everyone. I will continue to use Turbo Tax for my future tax filings.

What to change for next year...

I always use Turbo Tax, since it ensures I use all the right forms. Entry is easy. The only downfall to using a program or accountant is that I loose the overall awareness of what's happening in the calculations by not doing the forms manually.
What's great about it: Easy entry, easy completion
What's not so great: Lower overall tax awareness

Makes it easy

I have been using TurboTax to do my taxes since I was 18. I do not even want to attempt to make heads or tails of the IRS forms myself, nor do I want to take all my paperwork down to someone's office and pay them to do it. Yes, I have to pay for the software, but overall it certainly prevents tax time from being much of a headache.
I wish I qualified for a refund, but due to my circumstances (lack of deductible expenses), I don't think they can help me much with that! But even when I had a lot of deductible items, such as mortgage interest, etc., TurboTax made it easy to get everything in the right place and get my refund to me.

What's great about it: Fast and easy
What's not so great: Cost of software; filing fees (when you don't get a refund, it's hard to pay for it all)
