Easy to use!

I appreciate the way Turbo Tax admits up front the minimal medical deductions you must have in order to get any refund. That way I did not waste time filling out forms unnecessarily. Not so with the amount needed to list how much was spent on tax preparation. Otherwise, I would not have bothered to list any amount at all.
What's great about it: explanations on every point
What's not so great: does not always tell you the total deductions you must achievet to get money back

Complex Simplicity!

TurboTax is nothing short of spectacular and an incredibly intuitive masterpiece. As my tax situation has evolved over the years it has gotten increasingly complex to handle. I have always prided myself on staying in tune with the tax laws and changes over the years, and I cannot fathom for a moment how in the world I would handle the task were it not for this miracle software. TurboTax turns even the most complex set of calculations into magnificently simple and bite-sized steps to completion and satisfaction.
What's great about it: Step-by-step assistance in every regard...

Turbo Tax has gotten better and better. I have used it since its inception and it has always proven accurate. It has saved us a ton of money on tax preparation fees.
What's great about it: Easy to download investment information.
What's not so great: unnecessary requirement for state identification on investment income

Best tax product for my money

I have used TurboTax for several years. It is easy to use and keeps your taxes organized. It walks you through the tax return and makes sure you don't leave anything out. I think it is the best one on the market.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Carries over items from last year. Organizes well.
What's not so great: I don't like the way it keeps asking for a state tax return for those of us who live in Texas.

I have used Turbo Tax for a few years. I have liked it very much. This year I did have a problem with downloading the MA state tax forms. The program got stuck in a loop. Once I was able to get a hold of someone, they sent the batch to my computer and everything went fine. I plan on useing your product again next year.
What's great about it: I find it very easy to use.
What's not so great: Problem with the program looping.

Turbo Tax provides the assurance that all the information you provide is correct--even zip codes! Once the review is complete, I feel comfortable with the accuracy of my returns.
