Keeps getting better

I love the way it pulls up It's Deductible for charitable contributions.
I have recommended it to friends and family who are now using it, too.

Beter than the paper work that used to take hours - simple, easy, fast and it probably saved me MONEY !~! wish I had Turbo Tax for all the past years I toiled through tax preparations.

Easy to use

This was my first year using TurboTax, and it worked well for me. It walks you through all of the questions and makes it easy to file taxes.
What's great about it: Very user friendly, walks you through everything
What's not so great: Needed to update and restart while I was filing a return

Easy To Use!

I love the ease of using Turbo Tax. I end up finding deductions I didn't even know were applicable to me! I would love it if there were sub-categories listed in the menu sections though. If I realized I made a mistake, going back through the entire section from the beginning is a little time consuming.
Overall a great experience though! Thank you!

Over all this was a good year except for the problems I had on sale of farmland. A couple places the instructions/terms were not as clear as expected.
What's great about it: Easy transfer of last returns - most entries easy to do
What's not so great: Hard to remove an incorrectly checked box some places

The interview process with step-by-step control makes filing easy and allows me to check the details to feel confident that everything is rock solid.
The flexibility to go back to previous steps, view forms whenever, and get helpful hints or things to check, makes the process painless.
