Best way to do taxes

I hate the paperwork. Turbo Tax makes it easy to do your taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: never had a problem this is my second time using

Couldn't have been easier

I really like how TurboTax walks you through the process step by step. It pulled in the info for our W2's and 2011 tax returns automatically. While many of the deductions don't apply to our situation, it's nice to know TurboTax is looking at all options. The pop-up guides are helpful too. We've been using TurboTax for a few years now and it gets easier and faster every year.
What's great about it: Easy step by step
What's not so great: May have to go through a lot of stuff that doesn't apply to your situation

What's great about it: more than one return on a disc, easy to understand

2012 software

The CO state is a little tricky as I misunderstood the diferences anoung pension/ annuity/IRA distributions.Putting IRA distributions first in this grouping would help as state referenced me back to Federal with vauge comment on no income.
What's great about it: Retains all the info from last year such as names of funds
What's not so great: Trying to understand state IRA/ pension/Annuity

I don't have a particularly difficult return, but I did have some unusual changes this year including an early IRA withdrawal and TurboTax walked me through it easily. I would happily recommend it to anyone, and I have!

Super Easy!

I never thought I would be able to do my own taxes. However, Turbo Tax totally makes it possible. We don't have to spend hundreds of dollars on an accountant. Turbo Tax makes it very easy and the program is super user friendly. We have been using it for the past three years and will continue to use the program!
What's great about it: Very user friendly!
What's not so great: Nothing.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using turbo tax since it first came out. My saved computer Turbo tax records go back to 1999. I am pleased to see that the items I used do do manually within turbo tax are automated such as the MD $5000 break for military retirement.
