I love TurboTax. I have used for as long as I can remember and find it super easy and user-friendly. I always recommend it to family and friends.
What's great about it: Super helpful. Love that there are step by step instructions and forms.
What's not so great: Offer for paid tax help is annoying.

Best Return Possible

TurboTax was great maximizing my return. It increased my return over $875.00 from my manual calculations. It is so easy to use. It only took seconds to file electronically, at no cost. I was notified only minutes later that it was accepted by the IRS. I can’t think of anything that needs to be changed. I will use TurboTax from no on.

I've been using Turbo Tax for about ten years now. I was audited, but not for errors of Turbo Tax, it was my own fault for forgetting to enter correct information. I love the fact that all I do is put in the info and it does all of the calculations. Then the added plus is being able to file this all on-line. No paperwork, no stamps...it's great! I have recommended Turbo Tax to family and friends and they love it, too. Thank you, Turbo Tax. Until next year!

What's not so great: Need a reminder to get this done sooner!

Pretty Comprehensive

Works very well for our needs...usual mortgage interest, property taxes, investments, charitable deductions etc.
What's great about it: straight forward and easy to use
What's not so great: wish the charitble deductions section allowed customized items
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great product. Only complaint is that some errors are hard to fix. You point to the specific document to fix, and give the ooption to enter data now, or go back to point in the self guided session where the origianl question was asked. Can't figure out how to get to section in self guided session, and entering data in specific form is not an option because actual error was to get to this page in the first place. (this form shold not be part of the return).
