Easy to do, again

This is my 12th year filing with Turbo Tax and I enjoy doing my taxes (??) every year.
I would really miss it if the government went to the straight 15% tax structure.
What's great about it: Option not to go step by step through every line
What's not so great: Hard to find items such as IRS Pin for uploading my refund

Awesome experience

Ive never filed my taxes on my own before and I was a little bit nervous to do it this time. Turbotax guided me through every step and I was pleasantly surprised by my refund amount.
What's great about it: guided me every step of the way
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I am an accountant and have been using TurboTax for years. I have always found it accurate and easy to use.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to follow. Carries over my prior year info to save time.

foreign countries not in

I spent an enormous amount of time to find why the system rejected my filing when the payer on the form 1099R didn't have a Federal ID.
I finally cheated and entered 12-3456789 and the system finally accepted it.
In this time of global economy foreign payers should be accepted by the system. Without that it is 5 star

What's great about it: Very good program, I have been using it for a long time
What's not so great: Doesn't support foreign pensions 1099R

BEWARE THE OLDER COMPUTER

Turbotax is great and I would hate to do my taxes any other way, but this year I had to use my work computer (don't tell anyone at work) to run the program because it wouldn't load on my home computer. I also waited a bit later than usual (ahem) so I got a bit nervous until I solved the work/home thing. I guess I learned my lesson, but it seems a bit harsh to have to get a new computer just to run Turbotax!
What's great about it: I LOVE TURBOTAX AND HAVE USED IT FOR YEARS BUT...
What's not so great: THIS YEAR WHEN I TRIED TO LOAD, MY MAC OS X WOULDN'T RUN IT.
