Very user friendly

I have used TuboTax for many years with great success. We refinanced our home last year and TuboTax did not walk through that tax situation very clearly.
What's great about it: Imports last year's information
What's not so great: Mortgage refinancing information unclear

I have used Turbo Tax software for 8 to 10 years. It has always been satisfactory for me. Prior to using Turbo Tax I did the taxes by hand. By using the Easy Guide and answering each and every question, one can be confident that the end results will be a true and accurate tax return. Also, with Easy Guide I don't have to plod through each and every tax form to fill them out or worry about whether I have forgotten to fill out a form.
Another helpful aspect of Turbo Tax is if you don't finish it on day one, when you reopen the program it picks up where you left off.
I highly recommend this software.
What's great about it: Using the Easy Guide makes this software a breeze.
What's not so great: Nothing

The program was easy to use, easy to find information and easy to go back and update or review. Have used for the last several years and will continue.
Only objection I have: There is no list of documents that need to be sent if filing by mail. Still not sure which ones to mail.
What's great about it: very easy to use
What's not so great: hard to find the starting point when first starting

Thanks to Turbo Tax I survived another year of tax returns without yelling at my husband or the cat! TT makes filing so much less stressful and far more cost effective than working with someone at a tax agency. Thanks TT.

This is a great program. It can be used by newbies and seasoned tax preparers alike. Fast, easy and reliable. It even tells you your audit risk.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Can be used by beginners and experts alike, Cheaper than an accountant, Checks for accuracy

So nice to know that even if I could I don't have to look up and calculate data. The carry forwards are great. Turbo Tax even remembered bank routing number and bank acct. number for auto deposit of refund!
What's great about it: Using yearly and not having to re-enter info. Turbo Tax finds last (and previous) years info to make calculations.
What's not so great: Sometimes unsure what to choose.
