I have used Turbo Tax for several years, and it is the cheapest and best way to find all deductions. Never disappointed with the refund we get each year.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Quick process
What's not so great: No free state E-File

You should be able to go to a line on the return and select it and have it take you to the question that put the numbers there so if something was incorrect you could fix right there.
What's great about it: easy of use
What's not so great: sometime things go on the wrong line

I have used this software for years and won't consider using anything else for my taxes.
So easy to use - everything is online, fast, and trustworthy!
What's great about it: Easy to use, all tax information is transferred from the year before by the software.

Turbotax is relatively easy to use and a great convenience.
The 2012 program has one problem that cost me much time to resolve. There is no (apparent) procedure for filing the Federal e-return and making payments to the IRS using an already established EFPTS account. I was advised to print out and mail the payment voucher to the IRS. That did not seem sensible but it took some time to explain the problem to a Turbotax "expert" who finally told me that I did not need to mail in the voucher if I was paying with EFPTS.

Headache saver

Its so easy, especially after having done it last year and all of my personal and financial info is plugged in automatically. if your return isn't a very simple one, this saves so much time and effort by automatically filing and completing all of the extra forms and schedules. And then to top it off, I e-file for free and dont have to mail forms, fill out envelopes, and guess how many stamps to lick. It does cost money where filining longform myself doesn't, however, its well worth the cost for all of the aggravation it saves.
What's great about it: fast, easy, accurate, worry-free
What's not so great: It costs money
