Fast and easy. Not as many detailed questions and paper work as in previous years. Worry I might have missed something.

I liked that it was easy to edit the details and see how it would change the tax owed/refund. We could easily see difference between filing joint and filing separate. Also it was helpful to see the value of adding to our IRA to change the tax owed. The only thing I'd prefer is if they made it easier to compare filing joint vs separate (without having to edit the details yourself).
What's great about it: Helpful, easy to understand explanations, easy to edit numbers without having to restart
What's not so great: costs money (but is cheaper than having a tax service)

In addition to the program being easy to use, I phoned in a question that we were not sure how to enter a certain item, and the person helping us made it real simple for us to understand and was also very friendly in doing so. After purchasing TurboTax for about 8 years, this was the first time we needed to contact you in regard to entering the data. Thanks!
