I have used TurboTax for over ten years now and I always find that is quick and easy to use. It would only be better if it was free. LOL

Worked well for federal return; not as well for State return. I couldn't use the search box; it did not guide you through each section like the software for the federal return; error messages were hard to fix - no clear direction, couldn't delete information. I would not consider TurboTax for the state return next year.
What's great about it: Worked well for federal return - could search, provided instructions and guidance

Last year started using the on-line free edition, and had to buy the home edition to gain access to a particular form. This year I bought the home edition straight away and had no issues. Great product.
What's great about it: Takes you step by step through each section

Peace of mind

Turbo Tax Deluxe makes taxes so easy and I have the peace of mind of knowing it's handled and Turbo Tax will back me up.
What's great about it: User friendly

No Refund But No Pain

I like how Turbo Tax compares last years info to this year's, imports my info from last year into the next year. I like that it is user-friendly and easy to use. I didn't get a refund this year but at least it wasn't painful using Turbo Tax to discover that!
