Turbo Tax Rocks as always

filing is once again a successful and less tressful process to file.
What's great about it: filing tax made it as easy as typing and GPS guided
What's not so great: need some explanation pop for some questions to understand how to collect informations

Painless

After using H&R Block software, we decided to give TurboTax a try. Surprisingly simple and easy, really is painless. We got ours done faster than we expected.
Only thing we wish the software has more hyperlinks or popups for explanations and examples.
Regardless, we like it!
What's great about it: easy to follow instruction
What's not so great: wish have more help links
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Worked well as expected

The 2012 Turbo Tax worked as expected (very good). I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 5 years and each year it gets easier. The e-file and the option to debit your bank account for the money owed makes it a "done deal" once you e-file and get accepted. No worrying that the check got lost in the mail. Thanks!
What's great about it: Easy interview process, questions were easy to understand, links for help worked well and info was good
What's not so great: Was not sure of the mm/dd/yyyy date format when debit paying tax owed. Needs to have the text box show mm/dd/yyyy

I had very few items that I could not resolve...Most were answered by the help screens.
