Easy to use tool

It is easy to use feature and step-by-step guidance are enough for general users like me. By the way, my tax situation is relatively simple with single income and itemized deductibles.

Even though I had to pay, I felt confident that I got the best deal possible!
What's great about it: ease of use was great!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TT forever

I have been a Turbo Tax user since 1998. I usually purchase TT in December. The automatic update feature removes any worries about the level of accuracy. The update happens before you start your return.
The "Help" screen is the best, it follows you thru the return.
What's great about it: Fast, Easy and smooth
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using TurboTax for several years.
What's great about it: TurboTax walked me through every step. Suggested items based on previous entries
What's not so great: Some of the wording on the questions made me second guess my answer
