I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and am very happy overall with it's ease of use and the confidence I feel when hitting that file now button.
What's great about it: Felt I was directed to the best choices for my best refund
What's not so great: Had a couple of questions, hard to find answers not sure if I did
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have found Turbo Tax to be so easy to use. I gather up my information and Turbo Tax tells me when to put the information in. No more paying someone else to do our taxes.
What's great about it: Tells you extactly what you need to put in and where.
What's not so great: There is nothing that I didn't like.

fastest and easiest way to go

have been using Turbo Tax for 5 Years now and love the ease of use and features.
But why not offer an upgrade from the previous year's software for a reduced cost? for long term users like me!
What's great about it: very thorough and efficient
What's not so great: a little slow to gather old info, should have way to click on old file instead of searching data

Improved interface

I am most comfortable in form view - probably because I have been a TurboTax user since version 1.
I would like to have a form by form analysis of my return to optimize my legitimate deductions and point out missing entries. For example I forgot to make an entry on my HSA form that placed my employers contribution as taxable income - despite the fact that I indicated that it was an employer contribution.
This year with two of my kids in college I found the tuition fees and interest forms to be confusing especially since I was in college also.
Maybe I should use the interview method instead - but I am "hard coded" to use forms.
Otherwise my experience this year was OK.
What's great about it: I can easily switch to form view - where I am most comfortable
What's not so great: Form view needs to have a tip summary for missing entries or possible tax savings

What's great about it: transfer of data;easy access to state info
What's not so great: sometimes can't get to a form that is causing a question during the review process.

Efficient

I would like to see an option to see if I made a contribution to an IRA what the affect it would have a taxes.
What's great about it: Simple, straight forward that is easy to use.
What's not so great: Would like to see an explanation of calculation if I want to understand the effects of the the deduction or credit.
