I found turbotax to be easy to use for non-common situations such as filing for a deceased father-in-law.

Simplification!

One think that may accelerate the process some more is to request the user select what forms he/she actually has received then use this input to help guide the user thru the step-by-step process.
What's great about it: TurboTax does a great job keeping the whole tax process simple. Thanks!

Long time user. Like the thoroughness and ease of working the return at my own pace. All the checks and audit flags make for peace of mind.

I have been using Turbo Tax for 10+ years. They continue to improve every year. I find it easy to do all my families taxes with Turbo Tax and don't know why I would every go elsewhere or use other software.
What's great about it: Very, very intuitive; able to input previous years tax info
What's not so great: none that I can think of
