The graphics, prompts, and design are easy to understand and quick to use. The written cues, help features, and low price make it worthwhile. Best choice for filing taxes.

After you've used TT once, it's a snap thereafter.
What's great about it: Collect your info, key it in, submit, done.

TurboTax still asks ambiguous questions leading to errors that are difficult to correct.

Quick and easy

Turbotax is easy to follow and produces a pretty accurate return. It is a little hard to review the end product on the screen but easy enough to save to pdf for print out and review. For the most part, the explanations are clear, but sometimes not detailed enough.
What's great about it: Easy to use and pretty accurate
What's not so great: Frequent updates slow me down

2012 Turbo Tax

I really don't enjoy preparing my taxes. In the past year, Turbo Tax has gotten better in walking one through all the 'hoops'. This year, it was faster & easier to understand. The only downside was when using Its Deductible/Ebay. The descriptions could be better, i.e., rug, small, retangle #or round# etc. The same thing applies for the 'bake' items.
Other than that area, I finished my returns faster than in previous years.
What's great about it: Faster & easier to work with
What's not so great: Its deductible could have covered more items

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 12 years and find it to be very thorough and results orientd. Clear and concise. Definately targets the consumer. I highly reccommend Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: User friendly, easy to navigate.

I like the clear way in which one is taken step by step thorough the whole tax refund process. Every deduction possible is explored and resources are highlighted in case of questions. I will continue to use TurboTax and will recommend it to all my friends.
What's great about it: Step by step progression of the tax refund.
What's not so great: I don't really have any negative things to say.
