What's great about it: ease of use, recommendations are outstanding
What's not so great: updates on top of updates
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Always Rocks!!

I am so glad my friend introduced me to turbo tax! It has made tax season so much easier. I have never had a problem filing a return or getting help when needed. I will always recommend Turbo Tax to any one who asks about it or if someone complains about doing taxes or going to one of the "other guys." This has made life much simpler. Thank you Turbo Tax!!!
What's great about it: Always easy! Takes the crunching numbers out of the picture!

Easy to input, file, and get money back!

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 15 years. I have one job, in a large corporation, so my taxes are pretty straightforward and with Turbo Tax, from start to finish, it takes me about two to three hours maximum to do my taxes. The Guide makes it so simple and checks to make sure I didn't skip or miss anything. I wouldn't do my taxes any other way!
What's great about it: Loved ease of use through the Guide.
What's not so great: Can't really find any!

good for going through items

The process was fine until I got to the state portion of the return - I needed to change the property tax info and every time I had it check for errors, the whole computer froze and I had to manually turn off the computer to get back on. Also, only one file shows up and if you don't save it to your documents it's hard to find in the turbotax system.
What's great about it: covered everything a normal person needs
What's not so great: the freezing of the computer when going through the error review process

Overall Very pleased. I think if you have to round up all your info. anyway why pay someone else.
