A little confusing at points

I had two new tax situations, and I followed what TurboTax said to do in each case, but somehow I made mistakes. I didn't notice the mistakes until the summary pages, and then it was difficult to figure out how to go back and correct them, or in one case to delete an incorrect form.
What's great about it: Finally found everything that I needed.
What's not so great: Some of what I needed to do was new to me, and it was hard to figure out.

Very east to use and always feel confident it is correct. Can walk through it quickly and feel good about completing this once a year pain.

2012 TurboTax

If I get a paper form copy I expect to easily find that exact form name in TurboTax from last years upload. The forms menu does not have it, nor does the interview explicitly use that form name in the subsection titles. I have to hunt for a smart worksheet of some kind.
Secondly, the 1099int or 1099div does not down load the account names or unique identifier from the broker. If I have five different 1099's from Morgan Stanely they all are named Morgan Stanely.
What's great about it: It reads in last years information and works correctly
What's not so great: forms 1098, 1099R are hard to find

Stopped printing

Worst turbo tax ever
What's not so great: Program stopped printinf taxes. I have a 5 person household and it stopped printing. Its not the printer. Comes up sayin
