Turbo Tax is the easiest and best tax software I have ever seen.
What's great about it: As easy as taxes can be made. Remembers your information from year to year.

Love the Simplicity

I absolutely love Turbo Tax. It is so easy to use and the program is very thorough in helping to maximize my return. You can never go wrong with Turbo Tax!!
What's great about it: Very thorough and easy to use!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Holds your hand through the whole process. Great for non-tax professionals and people preparing their own returns for the first time.

Easy as pie

In all, I find I prefer TurboTax to tax preparers. I'm able to work on the returns at my leisure, edit as often as I need to, and keep my financial information to myself. The only con I could think of is that I find myself questioning my work and wondering whether a preparer would have found me more money in the end. The convenience, support, and ease of use will keep me using TurboTax in the future.
What's great about it: Low Cost, On my own schedule, No strangers involved
What's not so great: Combing through a professional return to double check my work

I love it, I've been using it for at least 15 years. Just one con above.
What's great about it: It makes it very easy.
What's not so great: I just wish that it did a better job of taking you back to where you left off.

The product is intuitive and easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Needed MA forms for one return and not the other, but I could not figure out how to eliminate it for the second return.
