Another tax year done; woohoo!

I have used TurboTax to do my tax returns for 8 years now. It has always been the quickest, most easy and most reliable way for me to do them. In addition to my federal return, I do two other state returns. I love the way each of these returns interface so well with each other. I also love the fact that I can download information directly from financial institutions. These abilities really give me comfort that I haven't missed something if I were to do my returns by hand; especially if I have to go back and add or change something to one of the returns that I missed during the process.

What's not so great: I can't think of any.

Easy and Quick!

Filing Made Easy

We've used TurboTax for the past 6 years to file our returns and the product makes an unpleasant task much easlier. TurboTax guides the user through the filing process and it is easy to follow the instructions. You still have to gather your information for input but TurboTax does all the heavy calculations and produces the proper forms. Anyone with basic computer skills should be able to use TurboTax. The only negative is that I would perfer to pay one price upfront for both federal and state returns rather than having to buy the state as an add on when the federal return is completed. Other than that issue, TurboTax is a great product and I've recommended it to many friends and family members.
What's great about it: Easy to use the step-by-step program
What's not so great: Added fees for State return and eFiling it

Very Intuit(ive)

I've got way more than a decade with TurboTax; no flaws, no mistakes, no audits and no problems. I may invest in a cross-check of next year's TT return with a CPA, but I expect the easy to use program and my history with it will show that I miss very little in terms of deductions or mistakes.

I like that it completely reviews all sections and you can go back and review again. I tried using the "Review all" button but it didnt work.
