The best, as always

I've used several tax return programs but returned to Turbo Tax, which I've been using for the past 9 years.
What's great about it: efiling, automated import of W2 & Quicken data
What's not so great: N/A

Easy Peasy, especially with built in Donation help

We've been using TurboTax for about 18 years! The program keeps getting better. I especially love the It's Deductible feature which helped us write off a huge donation we made to our local shelter when my daughter remodeled her room. Not only did her old furniture and outgrown clothes go to a good cause, but we got to easily write off our donation. I also love the updated pay by check for paying taxes. It made the whole proces as paperless as taxes can get. Love the program and the support!

Turbo tax not as good as past years

Turbotax is not as good as past years. Several times the program froze but fortunately I did not lose data.
Interface with HP printer is a problem that I have never encountered before and do not have with other programs.
What's great about it: Able to do my taxes without professional help
What's not so great: Program froze several times, annoying messages about updating

Tax Filed!!

I've been using Turbo Tax for the past few years and loved it. This year, there seemed to be some changes making it a little more difficult to navigate back to some sections (i.e. when I wanted to change the amount I contributed to CHET, I kept trying to find a way to go back to the contribution field. I had to close my session and restart it to find it.
What's great about it: Information carried over from previous year.
What's not so great: A little confusing navigating back to certain section.

2012 Tax Return

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and intend to continue doing so. It is quick and convenient to use year after year and I need nothing else from a tax preparation program. Good Work Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Convenient data from last return, all I needed

Get easier every year!

I've used TurboTax for over 10 years and it seems to get better every year. If you have all your papers ready, you can do your return and have it checked and filed in less time than it takes to drink a cup of coffee. The one problem I've run into is when I go to check on a return from more than one year past, it sometimes wants you to re-install the program. This might have something to do with the adding and deleting of files on the normal use of a computer. Save your disk each year, you might need it. All in all a great program and value.
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: Earlier years sometimes need to be installed again

2012 TurboTax Review

Having purchased the Deluxe version of TurboTax, I was very disappointed with having to pay to e-file my state tax return. It is doubtful that I will use TurboTax in the future.
What's not so great: Additional fee for printing state tax file.
